By accessing or using ConnectHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy

Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal data.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Data Retention

We apply the following data retention rules to ensure clarity and compliance:

• Trial accounts: Trials run for 7 days. After a trial ends without upgrading, we retain all organisation and user data for 30 days. After this 30-day retention window, we permanently delete all data associated with the trial organisation, including statutory records, and remove the organisation.

Deletion actions are irreversible and extend to backups and replicas according to our operational policies. Refer to the Privacy Policy for how data is processed during active use.
